FAQ

Lets answer some commonly asked questions so you're prepared  for each and every session!

1st Session

All 1st time sessions will be 90 minutes. This gives you time to fill out any paperwork, postural & movement assessment & also spend time with your therapist so that they know which treatment would be best for you. You will be with a therapist the full 90 minutes.

90-minute sessions are also recommended for any follow up appointments.

Packages & Payments

Packages are available at a discounted rate upon requests. Please contact us for more information.

Cash, Venmo, Zelle & card are all accepted. All payments will be made to evolution sports therapy & wellness LLC.

Cancellation & Booking

All appointments will require a 35$ nonrefundable deposit that will be deducted from your pay day of your service to secure all appointments.

 

A 24 hr. notice is required for all reschedules & cancellations.

 

In the case of a no call no show you will be charged the full amount of the total service cost. This must be resolved prior to any future appointment booking.

(that gives us access to your back)
